The Mountain View Motel is located just 6 miles north of Sugarloaf USA, 25 miles from Rangeley, Maine and  Saddleback Mountain.  The motel has a relaxed country setting with beautiful sunrises and views of Cranberry Peak. We are family owned and operated, and we would love to be your destination for your next adventure!

We have eight comfortable rooms.  Each room features a private bathroom, cable television, free wireless internet, and AC in the summer months. Six of our rooms have fully equipped kitchens as well. All rooms are non-smoking and pet friendly.
