Located on Stratton Brook in downtown Stratton, the Stratton Motel offers 5 private rooms with in-room baths, cable TV, refrigerators, microwaves, and WiFi.

Also on the premises is a roomy 2-bedroom Hostel with 12 beds, a complete kitchen, living room, and sitting area. During peak hiking seasons, June – mid October, the Hostel is not available for private group rentals. From mid October until May, the entire Hostel may be booked by a group or private party.

Complete support (including shuttles, maildrops and slackpacking) to dayhikers, sectionhikers, and thru-hikers on the Appalachian Trail from the Stratton Motel (all the way from from Grafton Notch to Caratunk).
