Kennebago River Canoe Trip

Get dropped off on the Kennebago River and paddle the 5 mile trip at your own pace, seeing all the wildlife and serene settings. End at your car on Route 16. Come see a rare 1904 Carleton Canoe that was passed down and used by the Bonney Family of Long Lake right here in Rangeley for the past 111 years! Heidi Sorensen will be leading Qi Gong again for the month of July. It will be offered Tuesday and Thursday at 9am. We will meet on the lawn, by the lake, behind the Episcopal church. Qi Gong is an ancient form of moving meditation similar to Tai Chi. Open to all and free of charge.
